When buying-selling operations via the Internet are concerned, the buyer and the seller don't know each other and are placed in different corners of the world. Therefore it is important both to the buyer and the seller to ensure that their transaction is made safely. Payment Security means receiving payments, documents, goods (it might be both the seller's and the buyer's) concerning the transaction by a reliable, experienced, impartial person - our Payment Security Assistant. Buyer and seller agree on the terms of our company.
- Both parties agree on particulars, e.g. price and description. Either the buyer or the seller can initiate a transaction on our secure website. We will contact the other party and ensure that the agreement was reached, then review all stages of the process and ensure that both parties agree on the details.
Buyer makes the payment to the Payment Security Assistant.
- Once all details of the transaction are confirmed, the buyer transfers the payment to our company. We accept Bank / Western Union / Moneygram and different cryptocurrency payments such as Bitcoin or Ethereum. Processing time depends on batch processing at the bank as well as authorisation and security checks. We endeavour to authorise payments as quickly as possible.
Seller receives the shipment authorization.
- After receiving the payment from the buyer, we will notify the seller to logon and receive the shipment instructions at our website. Our company will never send this information via email or post, our secure SSL encrypted site is a much safer way of transferring information to our users.
Buyer receives and accepts the item.
- Once the shipment from the seller is received the buyer has to accept the item or send a complaint through our secure website during the 'Inspection Period'. If the buyer does not send a complaint within the inspection period, the item is considered accepted.
Seller receives the payment.
- As soon as the buyer accepts the item, our company sends a notification to the seller to logon to our website and nominate his/her preferred bank account / crypto wallet details. There's an option for the seller to receive the payment in cash. After receiving bank account details a direct payment is made within 24 hours.
